About me
Ciao a tutti!
My name is Elena and
I am the founder of The Italian Way.
Having graduated in Science of Language Mediation, I know what it means to learn a
language that is not your own and how stressful it can become. For me, teaching a
language is not only about grammar, but also about conveying a culture. Already at
university, I was enlightened every time I met someone studying Italian. After
graduating, I decided to turn my passion into a job and in Rome I learnt how to use the
Communicative Method by taking the Dilit Diploma... and I haven't stopped since!
I started teaching in Munich, Germany and my passion took me all the way to Sydney,
Australia, where I am currently located.
